// 01 THE CUSTOMER

Overview

Chevron is one of the largest multinational energy companies in the world.

  • Operating in 180 countries.

  • $200+ billion annual revenue.

// 02 CHALLENGE

The challenge

  • Like most energy companies, the majority of Chevron’s emissions are from its downstream value chain.

  • This involves the refining, distribution and consumption of its products.

// 03 GOALS

Sustainability goals

  • Net Zero by 2050 for upstream Scope 1 and 2.

  • Full value chain emissions reduction by 5% from 2016 by 2028.

// 04 SOLUTION

The solution

Chevron's downstream partners run a large distribution logistics network to deliver refined products to its customers.

Heavy duty diesel trucks are used for daily production distribution. emissions.

A-Stack automates the data collection of production orders from hundreds of Chevron customers.

Using the order data, AI algorithms generate the most fuel and cost efficiency loading, delivery schedules and delivery routes.

A-Stack also ingests real-time data from the transport vehicles to monitor fuels, miles, locations and improve the AI algorithms.

// 05 RESULTS
